Each week Gordon travels to a different restaurant in dire need of help. He often has to deal with chefs and waitresses stuck in their ways, ready-made meals and slow service, none of which he allows in any of his own restaurants.
With a long history in the food industry, Gordon uses his wealth of knowledge to try to get them back on track and into financially viable businesses.
